    Before operating a new process on a CNC lathe, we need to perform calibration and debugging in terms of accuracy. This task is crucial as it not only enhances processing efficiency and ensures tool processing accuracy but also effectively prolongs the lifespan of the CNC lathe. Today, as a CNC lathe manufacturer, we will explain three commonly used tools for CNC lathe debugging and calibration.
    1. High-precision level meter: used for preliminary leveling of machine tools.
    2. Standard inspection tools:
        Marble square/angle square: used to measure straightness and perpendicularity.
        Precision inspection rod: used to detect spindle runout and coaxiality.
        Micrometer/electronic micrometer: basic measuring tool.
    3. Professional instruments (core):
        Laser interferometer: The gold standard. Used for high-precision measurement of positioning accuracy, repeatability, straightness, pitch/yaw angles, etc. It is a necessary device for pitch error compensation.
